Husband in hospital with collapsed lung problems. Lost 20 kg since Feb Should his Levothyroxine have been adjusted to a lower dose?
Just a couple quick questions re the above. I don't even know if they have been testing his levels but will question this today. I am presuming they are but who knows. He is quite ill and his lung is not healing well. Has had lung drain in for 2 months now. He is constantly losing weight and they are

Back on the transplant list
Yesterday I returned to the lung transplant waiting list after an enforced break due to my Dad picking up his second bout of Covid. Fortunately, Lauren and I didn't get it, too. We've all been doing regular testing and we must have caught Dad's covid very early before he could unwittingly pass it on.

NED means I should feel happy, right?
I'm new to this site, was diagnosed with Stage IV NSCLC adenocarcinoma (EGFR mutation) in June 2021. I had SBRT for 3 brain mets, which seems to have taken care of those bastards. I started on Tagrisso pretty soon afterward and am still on it. I had an upper left lung lobectomy and a wedge resection

Coughing and lung cancer - really frustrating for my Dad ..
hi , my DaD , who has Stage 4, has been ccughing quite a bit in the last couple of days. He had a pleural water removal a couple of weeks ago and worried this may be building again. Anything you've all found that may alleviate some of the coughing symptoms , that i know he finds really frustrating

Hypoxia, transplant dry runs and raising awareness of IPF
