I saw my psychiatrist for the first time ever.
I let her know what was the deal with me.
She said she won’t put me on meds and to keep taking the natural supplements I’m taking.
She did advise me to pick up some work out routines and continue therapy and cognitive therapy as well.
Overall I think it went pretty well and I’ve been feeling good, only thing bothering me now is my darn muscle twitching. It is non stop.
