Fidgeting
It took me a life to do this. To write to anyone, everyone ,and this is because I have no one to talk to, but also because I've decided to live and live well. Unbelievably I'm an influencer and have no problem speaking in public but anxiety in my offline life it's taking a toll on me, my auto-diagnose

K0706 Clinical Trial
I'm recently diagnosed and have not started any PD meds, though my neurologist says Sinemet would probably help my symptoms. I'm not having terrible or disruptive symptoms, just an annoying leg tremor, fatigue and stiffness. I see a PT and exercise, which really helps with the stiffness. I'm postponing

Post-happiness depression and anxiety
I had a great weekend away with my girlfriend. When I woke up this morning at the resort, the anxiety slowly started to creep in. As we drove home it got worse and once I was alone I broke down in tears. Why do I fall into a depression and panic after having a good time. It’s like I’m afraid I’ll never

60 DAYS IN, QUICK UPDATE ON TODAY'S DR VISIT huCAR-T 19 IL-18 4th GENERATION CLINICAL TRIAL
60 days have gone by since I received my new T- Cells. I have been neutropenic, average ANC of about 1.0 for the last 2 months and my Fibrinogen levels have been consistently low. I have had to do twice weekly blood checks at Penn Medicine, and most of those tests have resulted in a CRYO infusion

New clinical trial BNT152+153.
Hi, I'm about to enter into a new Phase 1 clinical trial at MD Anderson for solid tumors including new drugs from BioNtech called BNT152+153, which are based on Interluekin 2 & 7. Do any members have any knowledge or experience with these relatively new trial drugs? There is an NCT listing on the clinicaltrial.gov

cellulite in legs related to thyroid?
I have been exercising the same as always and eating clean, but have recently suffered from a cellulite appearance in my legs (when pressing on the skin or walking you can see it only). I am wondering if it is in fact celulite or water refention, and whether it is related to my Hashimoto’s disease.

Link between dry eyes and throat and PMRGCA? Any ideas?
This is my first post, so it’s a bit long-winded, as I’ve included some context and background. Context: • About 20 years ago, when I was in my mid-50s, I developed dry eyes and dry throat. This was eventually diagnosed as ‘dry eye/dry throat syndrome’. I had my tear ducts plugged to minimise loss
