I had my Apple Watch on overnight and this morning my phone had a notification telling me my blood oxygen was 92% while I was asleep . I do have a pacemaker , I’m waiting on an exercise stress test as I get short of breath and tight painful chest just walking around the house . Is this oxygen level

Hello eyebrows, my old friend
I don’t quite know how to put this, or where this post will end up. I have had super thin/missing eyebrows since iv chemo in 2016. Was on Arimidex follow up for 5 years and noticed that they never returned. Fast forward to my current ibrance/faslodex and xgeva protocol and more of the same. Unit

Liothyronine side effects
Hi I have just started taking Liothyronine sigma pharma 5mcg daily. I am now on day three and the nausea seems to be increasing! Struggling to get out and about etc I am not sure if I should persevere for awhile longer or try and get a new prescription for a different brand. This is a private prescription

Amlodipine
I was taken off amlodipine some months ago and put on extra bisoprolol because I had swollen painful ankles. Later my cardiologist became concerned that.my dosage of bisoprolol was too high 7.5 mg and reduced it to 5. My blood pressure became high again and I was prescribed amlodipine again. This did

CBD and transplant list
I see many comments from
CKD
folks using CBD for pain. Some mention smoking, some take gummies, others are enrolled with state medical cannabis programs. Meanwhile, transplant centers appear to be strongly opposed to CBD use. They equate cannabis to heroin.

I have been diagnosed with FM 3 years ago, just before the first COVID-19 lockdown . Trying to come off Bisoprolol and hearing long term side effects Inc vascular dementia
Hi all, I am now over a year post ablation and attempting to wean off all drugs. Yet hearing that bisoprolol is an anticholinergic which can be a risk for vascular dementia. I have a family history of dementia and have felt some short term memory issues.. Has anyone else been aware of this ? I

Atrial natriuretic peptide
So I went on a bit of an adventure. My last episode, while again still thankfully not as intense as previous episodes, had an interesting twist that I hadn't really noticed before. I had to pee 6 times in the space of an hour. So I went searching on the internet as we do, and I learned about atrial

Techniques to stop A fib naturally
I read an article as I was in A fib and trying to research ways to get back into sinus rhythm. It was suggested that I close my mouth and hold my nose and try to blow as hard as possible. I tried it and it worked for me after one attempt. I'll try it again next time I'm in A fib, but thought I'd put
