Does anyone get upper abdomen pain that radiates through to the back ?
I had bloods done which doctors said were unremarkable plus a
chest
x
ray
which was clear. I have an ultrasound booked next week for further investigation. My anxiety is off the scale and just feel that something awful is wrong.

showed only that my lungs looked a bit smaller than usual. The GP can hear crackles at the base of my lungs. I eventually got a ct scan that shows scarring at the base of my lungs this wasn’t there before I started Ruxolitinib. My haematologist will insist it’s not the pills.

can pleural effusion alone come back?
Day before, did a
chest
X
-
ray
as part of my master checkup and it shows a slight blunt in the right lung (costoprenic angle), seems similar to the first time. The observation is written as maybe pleural thickening or minimal pleural effusion. Rest of lung is clear.

Link between breathing problems and hashimotos/hypothyroidism
I’ve been to my gp and I’ve had a heart monitor, lung function and a
chest
X
-
ray
which are all normal but can’t tell me why I’m struggling so much. Either now I feel slight tightness in my chest and feel like I can’t take deep breathes.

I am due to have bloods and a

on Friday before any infusion can commence. I was very lucky 8 years ago and the only real damage was from prolonged pred use (cataracts). Things are moving in the right direction now so fingers crossed that it hasn't done too much damage.

In the interim I did see NHS endo who asked for
chest

Pretty stressed
Been ok for a while but had to have a
chest
X

recently for another issue. It’s come back showing a trace of copd/bronchitis damage? The doc said if I start having symptoms they’ll give me an inhaler. One doctor said don’t worry about it but another asked if I had life insurance!!

Sometimes the solution is simple !
Chest

, ECG, Full range of bloods including BNP for heart failure. Completion of these tests takes only 2 weeks. I look up the results on the NHS App. I read normal, normal, normal etc… phew…then speak to your doctor….low ferritin….low iron stores.
