Stage 4
Had 18 Chemo treatments, 20 radiation, on ADT from Start, PSA not readable after 22 months. Dr advises to stop ADT, to improve lifestyle. Not sure if this will increase risk of return sooner?

Niraparib - arm/shoulder aches
Hi 🙂 My mum has been on Niraparib for 6 months. She has had very few side effects except a bad back that lasted a few weeks. Over the last month or two she has been experiencing an achey shoulder which seems to ease with stretching. She’s not sure if it’s the muscle or the joint as sometimes her wrist

ADT now failing, what is next for us. ?
After 2 years of Trelstar my husbands PSA is now 2. He had RP in 2011, with PSA 32,followed by IRT. No symptoms at all now, no sideeffects from ADT which took PSA to 0. Small rise in blood pressureHas anybody survived for a lenghty time adding a new ADT drug? Should he have chemo? He is 75 years old,

Post chemo resensitivity to hormonal treatment
I have read here that Zytiga or Xtandi may be tried after chemo despite resistance having developed pre-chemo to one of them. Does anyone have a reference to anything in the literature about this? Thank you

Chemo head rash (or maybe NUBEQA)
I don’t see a lot of posts in this form about developing a rash on your scalp after chemo. Looking for any home remedies or OTC products others who’ve experienced this might suggest. My scalp started itching on Friday (day 8 after first docetaxel), then on Saturday a bunch of red bumps appeared

Reducing docetaxel dose
Hi all, for his third chemo session the onc reduced his dosage by 25% because he was getting severe neuropathy in his left leg. Is this going to be less effective now?

Greetings from Sweden
Hello , I am now writing because apparently my husbands PSA have risen during Adt-treatment. He has had Trelstar injections for 2 years now and PSA in August was zero, but now apparently around 2 checked by his GP. He has an appointment with his specialist in February. He feels fine without any pain
