Feeling "weird" after final chemo

Hi all, newbie here . Thanks for having me.Diagnosed with lymphoma stage IV in February this year

Started ABVD chemo June and just had last treatment (12 treatments, 6 cycles) 3 days ago.

Have been so lucky and more or less sailed through treatment apart from loss of taste and constipation. I had a slight cough and cold on Friday when I had my treatment but perfectly well enough to continue. The following day I started feeling "iffy" and for the last couple of days have been feeling quite light headed, strong metallic taste bit of loss of hearing in one ear and generally awful. Interested to know if anyone else has felt like this at the end of treatment? Not the kind of symptoms I would normally expect with a cold..any ideas please?

Thanks
