Hi my name is June I've been on champix now for 11 day it's working but feeling very sick taking my evening tablet I don't won't to give up as my doctor told me I need to give smoking up any advice would help thank you x

Champix has been helping a lot. Doctor told me to take it for 2 full weeks before my quit date so that's what I did. I noticed quite soon that cigarettes didn't taste good anymore. Physical attraction GONE.

After smoking for 15 years, today I’ve taken my first champix. I don’t feel sick, which I was warned about but I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus! My upper body, mainly my shoulders and arms feel heavy and bruised. Is this normal?

Smith The above quote could just as well read : he who doesn’t want to quit will never quit…You really do need to want to quit…I quitted with the “aid” of Champix…It does not make you quit… Merry Christmas all !!

I went to the chemist tester day and ask for some natrual product to sleep, because I take champix and sleep not enough. So there give me nach rescue sleep. So I tuck 6 drops last night. And surprising it worked. I still had dreams, I never mind them. But I sleeper all night.

So far I had only great dreams from champix and I only take one a day. I think this losing my tooth and having a treatment plan from the dentis, to make sure do t lose more tooth. Giving me very hard time. Specially the cost I just need to get this off my chest. But still not even think to smoke.

Still not smoking (39 days and counting) but struggling with the horrendous after affects of taking myself off Champix after only 3 weeks. Those things are evil :-( anyway, I'm getting there and hoping my mood/mindset picks up soon. Ive stopped crying in the shower :-)

I think to get off champix. What you guys think

Hi, I've just started week 3 of champix, and I'm not having any desire to stop, no side effects at all apart from horrendous bloating, I look 9 mths pregnant, (I'm not pregnant!)

I'd gone seven and a half months (four without champix) without smoking but I completely caved in yesterday. I've had five cigarettes since yesterday afternoon. I don't know what's happened. Will I be able to get champix prescribed again? I'm gutted

I took Champix, and after approx 2 weeks I decided it was time to put my last fight out. If I can do it you can! Just remember... one day at a time!

Today is day 14 of the Champix and I cut down over the last week, didn’t smoke yesterday and had 1 the previous 2 days. I had a stash of 2 which I smoked tonight for a daft reason. I felt like I paid for them therefore I would use them, yep dumb but there you go.

😊😊 So several years ago I quit using Champix and it was easy and great no problems, got off the smokes for 2 years maybe and sadly fell off the wagon- was so disappointed in myself...

Hi there 4 days smoke free using Champix. not sleeping well. Can I skip the night pill? does the night pill make the sleepless? I sleep 4 hours a day now. And not craving to smoke at all. Do i need to take other pills to support my body of nicotine?

Hi all, I’m 19 days smoke free today and I’m on my last day of the starter champix medication.

when i was adressing a problem earlier in my in my quite he said oh yout on chantix i thought you were cold turkey then the next time i went on i got no reply

This is the 2nd time I've been on Champix. I make No excuses for the failure of the first attempt. I got cocky and came off the tablets too early, had a major trauma in my life and was back on the fags. This time is different. This time it's for real.

I have been on champix for 12 days. I am 44 years old and believe it or not I have smokes for 30 years. I use to smoke about 10 to 12 cigs a day since I have been on chamois I have reduced from 10 to 6 to 4 to 2 and now today 0.

Anyone else not really getting the effects from Champix yet? I'm hoping it all of a sudden just "kicks in" and I will hate smoking! I know it's not a miracle drug - but from what I've read it sounds like that's what happens!
