THINING SKIN AFTER KIDNEY TRANSPLANT
I am still on high dosages of
cellcept
due to rejection issues. My arms, in particular, bruise very easily. Just scratching my arms will leave red marks that take weeks to disappear. I use Cera Ve moisturizer 2x a day and Eucerin Moisturizer with SPF 30 when I go outside.

Private blood test
I had a 12 week course of intravenous steroids for TED which finished at the end of February and have now started the immuno-surpressant
CellCept
on the advice of the eye consultant. My Endo is pushing for thyroid removal which I don’t want yet.

Bk or Pk virus.
When all my blood results came back, it showed I had the bk or pk virus (I can’t remember which one they said it was), and it was a virus that people get but can easily fight off with working immune systems, and they said I was on
cellcept
at too high a dose, so they’ve taken me off that and lowered

John Hopkins Medicine organ transplant/covid vaccine study results in mid March2021:few if any antibodies made
The study noted two antirejection medications that cause 5 times less likely for the body to make antibodies enough for protection and my spouse takes one of these antirejection meds (mycophenolate called "
Cellcept
"). My heart sank after reading this.

I've posted before explaining all my AI conditions and the current treatment with
CellCept
, hydroxychloroquine, and Rituxan. As a side, I apparently developed a new AI condition too... now, I can't help but laugh after each visit :-) .

Ulcers question please?
ulcers (genital and mouth) :( mine keep getting me down at the moment, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how often I am getting them but lucky if I have a week or so in-between getting a minimum of two, up to five both down there and mouth (they always seem to come up same time weirdly) I am on

Hi
My doc wants me to try
Cellcept
, but the warnings on that med are pretty extreme. Has anyone had success waiting out bad side effects on plaquenil?

Anti rejection meds schedule
Hi, When do you guys take your prograf/tacrolimus/envarsus, steroids (prednisone), and
cellcept
/azathioprine? My team never advised me how to take any of them, just that I should take prograf on an empty stomach. Are you able to take prograf and prednisone together? Thanks.

Neutropenia
I recently had to stop
Cellcept
as I became severely neutropenic and was admitted to hospital. My neutrophils are up and down, despite Neupogen injections, anybody else had a similar issue? I have a date for Rituximab infusion in 3 weeks but I may not be able to have it.

BK virus after kidney transplant
My current medication is 1000mg
Cellcept
twice a day, 10mg Prednisone/day and 7mg Tacro/day (4 morning and 3 night). Does anyone know if it's common to have that much of BK virus in urine or anyone experienced the same thing?
