13 Months into Covid Pneumonia recovery, walking benefits
I was a bit poorly last week, after pushing a month of walking, including hills, up to 5 days a week, but after a week i've slowly bounced back and consolidated that fitness. Finally, I can climb stairs without getting out of breath at the top. I did this by walking for a month, 5 days a week, around

Are Blood Pressure levels relevant to the Anticoagulant decision?
That excellent communicator York cardiology has just done a video on blood pressure https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q7V7DssSbSE . This included the simple definitions: The Systolic blood pressure. This is when the heart is pumping and ejecting blood into the vascular system and therefore is the highest

AF research microchip implant
I had a microchip implant at John Radcliffe a few months ago . I am so pleased I agreed to have this initially for furture research for people with AF. It took a 30 minute appointment so really straight forward and no problems. But a few weeks after my implant I got a call from the cardiology department

Is extreme body heat part of having CBD?
My husband suffers from
CBD
and is uncomfortably hot all the time. His skin can be cold to the touch. It's as if his brain doesn't receive the signal that he's cold! Is this a problem any of you are familiar with?

AFib and magnetic bracelet
hi, just throwing this out there….does anyone know if it’s safe to wear a magnetic bracelet when I have AFib condition? I am still a newbie Afibber, just diagnosed 4 weeks ago and waiting for echocardiogram. I have only had 1 bad AFib episode so far, ending up in hospital etc. But I know they can occur

I am back again!
Good morning, well, firstly, thanks everyone for your replies to my last post, really useful and supportive x I've just had my telephone Doctors appointment. He advised me that he would not be giving me false hope and that pain clinic where I would learn through cognitive behavioural therapy , to deal
