Symptons from being on Calquence for two and half months.
I have never had Rosacea, I believe it is a side effect from
Calquence
. I am still coughing and losing my voice for over two months. I am scheduled for a CT scan on my chest. Thanks

Some good Clonoseq results
I started my diagnosis at stage 4, in Summer of 2021 and immediately began combination therapy of
Calquence
plus . I know it is unusual to reach uMRD with BTKs alone, but I am hopeful to reach it with the combo therapy. KVB-Texas

Calquence + chest pain
He said to continue taking
calquence
. Anybody else experiencing chest pains with
calquence
? Or noticing side effects with alcohol? I’ve already tried Ibrutinib, so hoping this drug works for some time without compromising my health!

Calquence from Canada?
Merry Christmas from a cold Florida! After trying to get assistance from a foundation to no avail I have heard that I can order from a pharmacy in Canada for only $800 for a 3 month supply. Has anyone from the US done this? January 1st I have a $3300 deductible and then after that 900 per month! Too

Vaccination under Acalabrutinib?
I read that vaccinations under a therapy with Acalabrutinib (
Calquence
) do not work well. How do you do it with booster vaccinations for COVID, for example? Will the drug then be paused? Thank you for answering!

Progressed
After being on IB for 3.5 yrs and
Calquence
for 6 months it’s time to say goodbye to my old BTK meds. He wants to do a CT scan and bone biopsy to be 100% sure the disease has progressed. If it has - has given me two options: Venetoclax + Rituximab OR LOXO 305 trial . Any thoughts folks?

69th day on CALQUENCE
if cough does not go away, they will run a CT scan, if it shows something, they will be taking me of
Calquence
and putting me on Zanubrutinib. How many on this site are taking only one Capquence pill a day because of side effects. Have a great day!

Bruising
Just wondering if anyone who is on
Calquence
- Acalabrutinib, has had lots of bruises appear? It does say it is one of side affects. I dont mind the odd bruise but have had 2 very big ones appear on my legs, the latest which has quite a solid lump under it and that is what is giving me concern.

Calquence going from capsules to tablets
Hi everyone, I just reached out to my specialty pharmacy to order my refill of
Calquence
and was told that as of last month they are switching over from the capsules to tablet form. I am very happy with the capsules, they are small and easy to swallow.

Upon the advice of my doc at MD Anderson, I am going to start paxlovid today and pause my

Calquence and flatulence
The past 2 years I have been on
Calquence
. The past 4 months or so, I have had increased flatulence. The oncologist said it was likely related to the medication. Has anyone else experienced this?

New to treatment
Began treatment of
calquence
one month ago with no bad side effects but my doctor wants to add gazya in 10 days. I have responded quite well with most of the enlarged nodes now gone.

Largest real world study of acalabrutinib and ibrutinib over 3 years, shows acalabrutinib has improved discontinuation rates
Coincidentally later today, Dr Toby Eyre tweeted about the

First day I am feeling well after, Calquence
I have been on
Calquence
for 54 days. This has been a journey, for me. I am happy I took a leave from work for three months. I had several side effects, headaches, loud ringing in my ears, and I had severe muscle pain, and had a hard time walking.
