For a 2017 lymphoma diagnosis, I was on Imbruvica for 3 years. The past 2 years I have been on Calquence. The past 4 months or so, I have had increased flatulence. The oncologist said it was likely related to the medication. Has anyone else experienced this?

Calquence and flatulence
Unrelated to his diagnosis or treatment, my hubby found out ( after years!) that his issue was a non-caloric sweetener. Since they change those up pretty frequently and with no particular labeling, he is caught unawares quite often. My sympathies!
If you did not have this issue for 18 months prior, why would he think it's the meds now all of a sudden? I'd have a good hard look at my diet. Is there anything you started to eat or take (supplement) 4 months ago in larger quantities? Spirulina, vegetable fibers etc can all cause flatulence. What I know for sure is there's no flatulence on an all meat diet. That's my experience. Try it for a few days and see if it helps.
I don't know where you are geographically, but in the US at least, I have been told up to 2% of our foods can have additives that aren't listed on the label. As someone who is sensitive to chemicals/additives, I have noticed recently that certain products are "out of stock" a few weeks...then they return, and taste different/my body is now reacting to something it didn't previously. With various shortages, I wonder to what extent manufacturers are changing things in their products.
I do think that being on a med can affect our gut biome, either initially, or later. I personally noticed I started having problems with lactose containing foods after a while on some of my meds.
