can i take glucosamine chondroitin with turmeric plus msm with the prednisone and the usual calcium ,vitamin d etc.
Im doing well on my tapering. Just starting down to 6mg prednisone for my PMR. My daughter likes to do natural suppliments and just gave me a large jar of this stuff. I also take fish oil regularly and she gave me jar of Krill oil to use instead. Thoughts on this ?

Advice on levothyroxine, supplements and possible T3 addition after thyroid cancer and treatment
I take my levothyroxine first thing in the morning and don’t eat for an hour after and I have been taking some multivitamins, b complex,
calcium
and vitamin D tablets at night, but these were only cheap shop bought ones so probably aren’t worth it.

Unnumbered post Learn from your mistakes 23 Feb 2021 2
Family, PAY ATTENTION. If something does not work the way "YOU" want it or had planned it to be, PAY ATTENTION and change your behaviour. This is a very BIG COMPLICATED illness, that we all have. PAY ATTENTION and learn from your mistakes and adjust. I learned that I am claustrophobic, so

Beloved ms family. All well and excited about the new day? I am wondering about a new desk so I have more room for my gym, I like the desk I have just a few inches (Centimeters) smaller is all I need. Ahh another problem to think about, what I need is a bigger house. The important stuff. As

Newbie needs help please - new to the meds (T4 and T3) and this forum
Is it possible that the magnesium,
calcium
(coming from cottage cheese daily and a
calcium
supplement every 3 days) and Iron tab are not allowing absorption? Even though I take these 6 to 10 hours later? Is consuming 4 cups coffee/decaf causing the low levels?

Artificial Oocyte Activation.
As far as my research goes its basically a '
Calcium
Bath' that my egg is dipped in once injected using ICSI. This method can assist whether it is my egg, or hubby's sperm that is struggling to activate. I really didn't want to use ICSI again, but willing to try anything! X

Government Vitamin D
However, one of the contraindications they mention (“how to take vitamin D safely”) is ‘some cancers’ because of raised
calcium
level. Have any of you ever been advised NOT to take vitamin D? Thanks

Vitamin D
However it also says that having cancer may mean you cannot take Vit D as some cancers cause high
calcium
levels. I have ET and am taking HU. Are we able to take this supplement? Many thanks Janet

Please could someone review this for me...
These factors affect absorption: Levothyroxine should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 60 mins before any food/caffeine Soy and some supplements (e.g. iron,
calcium
) specifically interfere with the absorption of thyroid hormone and should be taken at least 4 hours away, however it is preferable

Timings of thyroid meds, calcium and HRT
Finally, my
calcium
is currently low (very worrying as I already have osteopenia) so I need to supplement with that. Are there any timing issues with
calcium
? Many thanks

Rheumatologist and feeling positive
Alongside
calcium
and Vit D. Any flares, he has advised to increase to the previous dose for one week and reduce again. All in all, it was really positive and I am fortunate that I haven’t had the same challenges for a formal diagnosis as others have had with an “atypical” presentation.

Really need help please
Hi I'm really sorry to bother you. But I'm so worried. In January after suffering headaches and blurry eyes and colours seem to go lighter then go back to normal. and a very sore face, neck and shoulders I went to the optician who sent me straight to the emergency Eye clinic. The optician was worried
