I failed miserably today.. bumming.
My legs are driving me nuts. No one in my family seems to get it that I don't just pass out, my legs keep me up. I tried running slowly mid day on lunch break yesterday.. no success. My legs were even more crazy. I did slow stretches, wall walking on several occasions.. I broke down crying in the

New to the site- these are my blood results.
I am new to the site. I recently had my blood tested as I am not feeling well: I need a lot of sleep to not feel tired (at least 9 hours); brain fog; my energy crashes out of the blue; always extremely, uncomfortable cold; I sleep with 2 layers of clothes on as well as a warm duvet and electric blanket

Vitamin D may help severe asthma, + some of my own story.
Its been a long time coming but I think at last the NHS are beginning to recognise how helpful vitamin D can be for lung patients. Here is an official recognition with the emphasis of the word 'May' help severe asthma. Check out the articles below: NHS Choices: http://www.nhs.uk/news/2013/05May

I have never had any problems with my eyesight but since having RAI last year I have been having difficulties with my eyes focusing. This is particularly problematic when driving, using the computer or watching television however I am noticing it getting increasingly worse and I am experiencing a seasick

Vit D3 - found to be low - on supplements - and now more active than for a long time
Vit D3 has been in the news recently in connection with cll. I asked my GP to add that test to the recent blood tests. Came back with a score of 30 the desired level is 75 and the recommended lower limit is around 50. Since being on d3 suppliments 25ug have felt more positive and had more energy

Anyone on Thyroxin (T4 only) who got pregnant with tamoxifen (used for fertility not breast cancer)?
Two months after birth of my little one I was (finally) diagnosed with auto-immune thyroid (although I have been suggesting this to the gp for years given I had antibodies and my brother has the same condition). Vitamin D
Another article I've nicked, this time from Natural News. I consider Vitamin D to be important in my drug regime, mainly in my defence against respiratory infections. I take vit D3 every day in tablet form instead of as part of a multivitamin tablet or capsule. Multivitamins contain trace metals that
