Latest reults
hi I’ve just had my latest thyroid panel results, numbers seem slightly better for antibodies but still higher than they should. Ft4 & Ft3 slightly higher than last time but still not optimal? B12 and vit D is a work in progress. Ferritin is edging out of optimal towards high end, not sure what this

Should I be asking for an increase in Levo?
I have an appt with my endo on Thursday to discuss my latest results and those from last August and April when I was taking different amounts of levo. I always follow the suggested procedure of stopping Vit B complex a week before, early blood test and not taking levo for 24 hours. My most recent

New blood test results, what would you do next
What do you make of this? Brief history, was over range in July, back under control Sept, levels dropping now...starting to feel it. Aristo Levo 75mcg per day 22 hours before, Roseway compounded T3 half dose (2 x 2.5mcg per day) 14 hours before. Biotin stopped 5 days before, all other vitamins maintained

Just a little rant
One thing I have learned since being diagnosed with Osteo is that this medical condition is a money maker for big pharma. I would encourage everyone to look up publication on actual studies done around the world with men and women with osteo and what they were given naturally along with calcium supplementation

Paper on the design of B12 deficiency treatment protocols
This might be one of the most fascinating papers I've read on B12 deficiency and treatment, with several sections exploring how symptoms relate back to the particular biochemistry processes that go wrong in deficiency. The paper was produced in 2021 for the B12 Institute, Netherlands, a specialist B12

Clonazepam, Oxy, Perampanel...oh my!
I've been to see Prof Walker who has prescribed me Clonazepam, if that doesn't work he wants me to try Targinact (Oxy) or Perampanel. I'd love to hear back from y'all with your experiences with these medications (positive or negative). [u]
Perampanel:

High C Reactive Protein in Blood 9.8 ppm
Can any one suggest that if CRP is high 9.8 ppm can cause of protein leakage from urine near 1030 ppm in 24 Hrs Urine Protein Analysis.High CRP in blood shows there is a viral infection in body. Can this will a cause for protein leakage. Also what is the next step to diagnose this. Please suggest.

Do I just learn to live with thinning hair?
I was diagnosed with Hashimotos in 1997 & was on thyroxine for 17 years. Then on T3-only for about 4 years, after testing positive for the D102 variant from both parents. I have been on NDT for a few years now-THIROID at first until its supply issues.I got on very well with TR MANN & was very disappointed

second time lucky ?
Can I hope for a totally different result? Has anyone gone from NOTHING first round and then had a decent result on the second round? As I approach my second nhs icsi cycle I’m anxious, nervous and hopeful that I will get a better result this time. We collected three eggs which were quite small

I developed strange heavy lower leg sensation in 10/23; always been very healthy active 54 year old female. This issue coincided with a lower back flare up after playing pickle ball. MRI revealed a small disc bulge at L4-5 but no one was sure if these symptoms were related. I also got brain MRI

I went to my GP in very early pregnancy (4.5-5weeks) as had cramping and spotting, and also arranged bloods, as I knew I should be monitored as high risk with hashis/hypo. As most men with PCa are oldER and may be on some form of testosterone-blocking treatment, like ADT, odds are they are also struggling with the muscle-wasting and weight issues that comes with both oldER age and loss of T. This article from LEF is a very comprehensive overview of both Cachexia and Sarcopenia

New to vitamins and supplements. Help?
Hi, I am brand new to taking vitamins and Supplements. I recently saw a social media post from a company Plantinum Vitabiotics who claim some of their products can help with some of my ailments or at least have a positive affect on them. I was looking at the green tea and the Zinc, Copper and Vit C
