High C Reactive Protein in Blood 9.8 ppm

Can any one suggest that if CRP is high 9.8 ppm can cause of protein leakage from urine near 1030 ppm in 24 Hrs Urine Protein Analysis.High CRP in blood shows there is a viral infection in body.

Can this will a cause for protein leakage.

Also what is the next step to diagnose this.

Please suggest.
