Is fibrosis f2 reversible?
I was told it was mild fibrosis but online charts indicate f2 as 'significant fibrosis with evidence of progressive liver disease' I have AIH & am taking
budesonide
9mg daily. My LFTs have started to normalise so it will be pretty accurate.

Any one else.
Does anyone else have bad constipation on the combination of urso, mycophenolate and
budesonide
. I just want other insights because I'm struggling. Can't see my gp either because I can't get an appointment.

Crohn’s Diagnosis ?
However my GI was not sure if that could cause redness or inflammation so he put me on
budesonide
assuming it’s Crohn’s. The
budesonide
did nothing. To be 100 percent sure he did a colonoscopy to go further into the internal ileum. The colonoscopy was completely clear all biopsied fine.

Budesonide…
Hi ladies, hope you all are doing fine:) So my mom has lots of nasal polyps, that’s why she’s been having congested nose for a long period of time and mucus,so her ENT prescribed her
budesonide
(steroid) atomizer to reduce the sizes of polyps or even shrinkage of polyps and also it relieves allergy.

Wrist and arm pain!
I am on MTX and
Budesonide
and taking Cocodamol for the pain. I have fished out my wrist braces which I used when having wrist problems about ten years ago which are helping me, especially during the night. I'd be grateful to hear of anyone else who is, or has, experienced this.

Clear Colonoscopy
Has anyone had a clear colonoscopy, in which the bowel looked normal, after taking
Budesonide
and Methotrexate? I have Chron's and was in hospital for five days over Christmas with a really bad flare. Does this mean that the Chron's has gone or is just remission?

Disappointed/stressed
9 days into taking Pentasa (alongside
budesonide
3mg) in an attempt to stop taking
budesonide
and I experienced side effects of the pentasa. Feeling sick, no appetite, bloating, burping, chills/hot sweats and the worst diarrhoea.

Prednisolone Withdrawal Symptoms
I was taking 15mg of Prednisolone and was then put on 9mg of
Budesonide
at the same time with the idea of stopping Pred & staying on Bud. Trouble is they told me to stop Pred abruptly after one week without tapering. Last night & today I feel very, very rough.

Feeling Anxious
My Consultant wants me to start mesalazine and stop the
budesonide
which I’ve been taking on low dose for several months now. I’m feeling really anxious about moving to this new drug. Does it work? I know that you can’t take
budesonide
forever but it really has changed my life.

New Treatment for IGA Nephropathy
I recently found Tarpeyo (
budesonide
) was approved by the FDA for IAG patients and the studies looks pretty promising. Have any of you taken this or heard about it? If not, no need to remind us all that there is no "magic pill" or to "talk to our docs first".

A Good Day
He is trying me on
Budesonide
9mg a day which is a corticosteroid & stays in the liver longer than pred. I didnt fancy using 6MP after the nightmare I had with Azathioprine. There was a possibility I'd have the same reaction with 6MP.

Allergy meds
A better option would be a topical nasal steroid like Flonase® (fluticasone), Rhinocort® (
budesonide
), Nasonex® (mometasone) or Nasacort® (triamcinolone)." Has anyone tried one of these nasal sprays and did it affect your afib or interact with your meds?

My 62 year old daddy on a ventilator from covid complications and lung scarring.
He is also getting
budesonide
, albuterol and one other treatment through the ventilator. We know God can do miracles and are believing for my dad to get his. I just wanted to see if anyone is in a similar situation and if the doctors have found solutions for any of it. Thank you!

Collagenous Collitis Advice
Hi, I’m just wondering how long you can take the maintenance dose of
budesonide
for Collagenous Collitis? Is there a time limit on this? I completed my 3 month course of 9mg/6mg/3mg but after a couple of weeks my symptoms came back.

Loperamide after budesonide
Has anyone managed their symptoms of Collagenous Collitis with loperamide/Imodium after coming off
budesonide
? I’ve finished the three month course of
budesonide
and now back on 3mg per day after some symptoms returned.
