Budesonide…

Hi ladies, hope you all are doing fine:)

So my mom has lots of nasal polyps, that’s why she’s been having congested nose for a long period of time and mucus,so her ENT prescribed her budesonide (steroid) atomizer to reduce the sizes of polyps or even shrinkage of polyps and also it relieves allergy. He said it’s safe and won’t go to her bloodstream. I did also confirm that with her oncologist. But I’m kind of concerned now, what if it goes to bloodstream? She is on Ibrance and letrozole for a year now. Did anyone use that nasal atomizer and was ok?

I used Flonase which is a steroid spray for my allergies. No problem so far.
