Hi everyone, going out of my mind with worry. If anyone's had this procedure, how long did results take? Thanks

Bronchoscopy
Last night I was told I would be having a
bronchoscopy
this morning, so not a lot of sleep! I forgot to ask how long these results take to get to the consultant.

Tomorrow I am having a
bronchoscopy
and it's obviously necessary since I have lung involvement with my breast cancer. I am having a little anxiety about this procedure. I have a DVT under my left armpit where one of the cancer mass is with numerous blood clots. The surgeon said I will be asleep.

Non-TB mycobacterial infection
They are going to do a
bronchoscopy
to find out just what's going on (I have a number of lung nodules too which may be linked). Anyone out there with experience of a chronic NTB?

fluticasone propionate
I was referred to a pulmonologist who said I had asthma as well as Bronchiectasis and prescribed a nebulizer with abuterol/ventolin and fluticasone propionate He did a
bronchoscopy
and also found MAC. I will see an infectious disease specialist in December with a follow up from my pulmonologist.

Nothing helps!
Been seeing consultant for over 20 years and now everything seems to have stopped working ( antibiotics/steroids) I’m waiting on a
bronchoscopy
that was supposed to have happened this week but I’m in so much pain and have been ill since before Christmas.

OPEP therapy for bronchiectasis
17 months of sticky mucus and blocked airways have resulted in many courses of different antibiotics, a
bronchoscopy
, lung wash, scans, x-rays. I've had diagnoses of asthma, bronchiectasis, nasal polyps, though scans show no bronchiectasis.

Newbie here :)
This led to a CT scan,
bronchoscopy
and PET scan which, to my relief, has found no evidence of cancer. They are going to repeat the tests at 3 and 9 month intervals to monitor for any changes.
