No but you put your profile in main discussion / questions, rather in your biography in the About section. Did you have a query about your health?

Thanks. No query at this point, bar the fact that I now need to find out how to correct my profile!

Press or click on you user name which is written in bold. From the page you come to scroll down to Bio, press Edit. At the top of the page you come to, to the right of your avatar is shown your Bio. Add "Asthma diagnosis (30 years back) followed by COPD 7 years ago (ex smoker, quit habit before asthma diagnosis)." to that, and save the amendment. It will give you option to save when you've made a change to your bio.
