I am switching to Kisqali next week after 2 months on Ibrance
I am 79 years old and my
breast
cancer
is back in my lungs. After new research and studies, my doctor thought I should try the Kisqali and Femera.I agreed but am instructed to take the anti nausea med. before the Kisqali everyday. I haven't needed it with Ibrance. What have you experienced?

Working with second opinion oncologist + local oncologist
I recently got a second opinion from a
breast
cancer
oncologist a comprehensive cancer center that’s 45 miles away. She said that she can continue to be involved and work with my local oncologist. Has anyone been in such an arrangement ? I’m wondering how that typically works.

Can I improve BMD without meds?
I’m also on Tamoxifen for
breast
cancer
but may switch to Raloxifene which could help a little.

I got the news stage 3

cancer
7cm in my
breast
and in my lymph node - had CT scan last Wednesday - on the waiting game again before a treatment plan can be discussed. I have lupus nephritis too and am taking immune suppressants for it.

Breast cancer - mastectomy or not
I'm BRCA2 and aged 60 and the hospital genetics team have been telling me about the risk of getting
breast
cancer
(as if ovarian cancer wasn't enough!). I'm weighing up mastectomy versus yearly mammograms and self-examination.
