Stevia better for Lyme than antibiotics? How much more can nature give us without dreadful risks?
In the late 90's I got my first Stevia when visiting family in the US... used it for porridge and where needed in place of sugar. Once hypothyroidism diagnosed, decade+ later, I was so happy not to have been using sugar. I enjoyed stevia [particularly granulated], certainly good enough as a sweetener

DBS for PwP who have low tremor. Request for others to share experience. Impact of lower frequencies.
(Parkinsons is so different in different people. I have over nine years never come across anyone with a condion like mine. For example, I know a guy who finds walking forward extremely difficult but he can run backwards faster than people without PD can run forwards. I started this post after responding

hypochondria- freaking out
hi everyone, I am currently freaking out. Let me tell you why. So I poked myself with this metal thing about 4 days ago. I went to the doctor and had to get a tetanus shot (just to be safe) even though I'm terrified of needles. I got the needle (2 days ago) and my arm has been sore since (i know its

Viral meningitis
Hi My son who is in his mid 50s was first diagnosed with Viral meningitis 10 years ago. Since that time he has had 8-10 relapses and is currently back in hospital. The best help has been with a virologist in the hospital who suggested infusions (aclovir?) through a lead in his arm-3x a day for 10 days

All done
Marks had his cranioplasty today although it was touch and go as there was no beds. They worked their magic in Preston and he had op at 5 30. He's totally exhausted and a headache! But they say it's all gone well. I'm in the ibis down the road. Tired but relieved it's done. Hoping for a good day

Brain fog and dizziness every day! Help!
For the last three years, I have had dizziness, brain fog and sinus problems. Initially I thought it was because I had my thyroid removed, and have had problems since this, but it has never gone. Sometimes it isn't as bad as others, but it never truly leaves. ENT has said my sinuses are clear, and said

Go for marks pre op to preston next Wednesday and hopefully he gets op on 10th December. Only if an emergency comes in will it be cancelled. If that happens his definite date is xmas eve. I asked if there was any chance of different date so we'll take the chance of getting 10th. Living in cumbria
