Irritating Pain / Over-Sensitivity
I have pain on the left side of my penis. The pain is felt on the glans itself (corona), and neck of penis. Not sure how it started exactly, either I injured myself from stretching exercises or it could be pelvic floor muscles tension, they both started around the same time. My erection levels are normal

Diffuser and essential oils
Hi all, These might not work for everyone but they do for me. I got some Frankincense essential oil last year as I read it is good at healing/helping with brain injuries. It has helped with my injury and that was by inhaling it straight from the bottle. I have now got a diffuser and that makes me

Frankincense Oil
Hi all, I am having a very tough time at the moment. I've had a constant migraine since around April 2015. I'm awaiting a lumbar puncture to check pressures and then a release of fluid for increased intracranial pressure. On MST & oramorph (and warfarin) but unfortunately the morphine is not helping

So Tired, Tired of waiting, tired of waiting for you...ooo
Have no cut lowest dose of steroid in half & supPlementing with
Boswellia
which works well. Driving is off the menu & I have started a live affair with my bus pass. Fortunately the bus service where I live is really good & with help from kind friends I have found a new freedom.

Have just watched this video from Dr Axe and he recommends Frankincense oil to rub onto your throat over the thyroid area. Has anyone tried this? https://my.draxe.com/five-most-important-oils

Gratuitous poetry, morning after
Morning After Methotrexate Six in the morning though my alarm was set for seven, I am (contrary to all appearances) awake. Clever crows taunt from amid the firs, Little birds burble and squeak from under the cherry tree. My mouth tastes of old coffee grounds, My joints and muscles feel salted with

Update on Vit C & Ozonetherapy
They did give me steroids to reduce all this, but after a week of no sleep & feeling 'wired' I begged to be taken off them & was given
Boswellia
a herbal remedy which although not as effective as steroids I preferred as I managed to sleep.

Frankincense oil
Hi everyone Has anyone read the research about this oil for late stage oc? I wondered if in a base oil it would be good massaged into the skin and absorbed in that way. Any thoughts welcome. Wishing everyone a good Christmas Love Mopsie xxx
