I am back here because bird flu infected a person in Texas recently and it has triggered my anxiety. I am very afraid of H5N1 due to its high mortality rate. I hope this is not another pandemic emerging. I pray for us all.

Is the Corona Virus going to morph into Bird Flu and bump off all the Hens -)

I used to be a nurse and worked through all the MERS, SARS and bird flu outbreaks and never batted an eye but then, I wasn`t sick.

He advised to treat it like any other flu virus. My children caught Bird flu in 2010 and i treated it with the vitamin C treatment. It did work. Any flu virus attacks the soft lung tissue. Vitamin C protects the soft tissue.

I also found some articles on how it may be effective against viruses and work was done a few years ago on this when the bird flu and then SARS was around and is also effective against flu. It might be a good idea to take it in the light of this new virus. Google kimchi virus.

Here in Saudi there is bird flu so I am especially careful to do my best to avoid catching it, yesterday just across the bridge in Bahrain swine flu has been confirmed so before long it will cross the bridge into Saudi. Oh the Joy of trying not to get ill:)
