When do you take medicine, vitamins, suppl. ? am, pm?
No ms related medicine but Effexor, Vit.D,
Biotin
, Zinc. And I started to read about how you're supposed to take these. It's incredibly complex, some should be taken 30 min before meal, some after food because of stomach acid,... for some, you need to avoid other food for optimal effect.

No thyroid , no
biotin
. Test was done for other reasons and just happened to be called for. The change happened in about 5 weeks ! I’m at a loss and scared of reduction as I think things seem ok hormone wise.

Biotin
Hi all, I am wondering whether adding
biotin
to my diet would be good for my hair or not because my cancer is estrogen strongly positive. Could you please share your experience?

HELP!! Hypo and Hashi's and supplementing for over a year now - need advice on latest Medicheck results because I seem to be getting nowhere
Blood draw was 8.30am, fasting, last Levo at 8.30 previous day), and Thorne Basic B (
biotin
) stopped 2 weeks before the blood draw. I'd be grateful for comments/advice on the latest test results, because I seem to be getting nowhere.

Results - help!
I currently supplement using BetterYou oral sprays (D3 and a multivit which includes B12,
biotin
and selenium) and have just bought the iron one. I use a sublingual spray as around 10 years ago my B12 levels dropped through the floor and I was told I couldn't absorb it.

Is it ok to take iodine and biotin?
Hello I’ve read on here iodine shouldn’t be taken by hose with Hashis. I’m getting fed up having loads of different bottles of vitamins and so was exited when I came across a daily vitamin spray which would reduce the number of separate vitamins I’m taking to just one. I’m a big fan of Better You sprays

Little bit of hope for hair loss sufferers
Took
biotin
, vit d, vitamin b, vitamin c, saw palmetto, selenium, magnesium, zinc etc etc. Nothing at all worked. I spent allot of money on shampoos and conditioners. Including all the vitamins... I paid for private bloods and endo appointments. In the end the result was the same.

Supplementing with Biotin &/or Inositol
Just used the Search Box,but decided to post to get answers after trawling for an answer to my query. Is it a good idea to supplement with either of these B vitamins if underactive with Hashi's?If so,why? I rarely eat meat, but I do eat all other foods.I supplement already with B vitamins: B1,B2,B5,B6

53y female, Prenatal vit with my 11am lunch to try to thicken my thinning hair, T3/6am (hr before breakfast), T3/3pm, gyno Rx progestin only
These vitamins have it all-calcium, iron and iodine and
biotin
-all things that effect thyroid-BUT THAT WILL HOPEFULLY HELP MY THINNING HAIR! Lunch food can be anything I think bc far enough away from T3. 3pm - starving, feeling weak and stomach empty for 4 hours - take 25mcg of Lio.

could barely hear); then Sulphasalizine (caused a terrible rash... apparently I’m allergic to sulpha drugs); went on to try 10mg daily Arava beginning in October, and while it seemed to be managing my RA symptoms, I again started losing a LOT of hair (even though I supplemented with folic acid and

Supplements and blood tests
I also take a b complex but stopped this a few days ago as it contains
biotin
. I usually stop everything for 4-5 days but got myself confused. Should I have left off any of the above before blood testing tomorrow? I can't remember at all. Many thanks
