Hi, I'm taking fertility drugs. 150 Menopur and 150 Bemfola in the evening. I have horrible brain fog and making mistakes at work as I can't think. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

I found that drinking more fluids helped me enormously.

getting as much rest as possible and not missing meals or water helps but it’s only for a week or 2 so just take it easy and don’t beat yourself up over any mistakes etc xx

Thank you. I will do. I do fall asleep really early too. I won't fight it. I'll just go off to bed early if this is what is needed.
