Bisoprolol withdrawl after only 3 weeks
I have been taking Bisoprolol 1.25mg for 2 weeks, I stopped after 2 weeks and felt fine for 3 days and then I woke up around 2:20am with a HR of 125bpm. This continued for 3 more hours and eventually subsided. I decided to bite a tablet in half and take that and things seemed to settle for a bit but

2nd failed FET solo journey 😢💔 seeking support/questions/tests I can ask for? TIA
I am a solo lady, who froze eggs and am now using donor sperm to try and have a baby. The pain of another failed transfer is heart wrenching and this is probably the only place where someone truly understands those feelings and pain😢 I am trying to figure out what I can ask my consultant on our follow

No sweat!
I haven't been out since Sunday as my flu jab left me with a very painful arm, but hey ho, better than getting ill. I decided it was my body telling me to let the vaccine do its job. Today was a beautiful sunny morning for a run and the pain has more or less gone so no excuses, up and out. Looking

update re full blood tests and 24hr Holter fitted at my GP surgery
My GP should have telephoned me on Friday to discuss both issues, call never happened. I have spoken to Receptionist today who checked my notes and said bloods no further action. I have asked for a printout of my results for my file. As far as the ECG was concerned the Receptionist said she didn’t

VACCINATIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA (CLL/SLL)
vaccine

Diagnosis Referral
Hi, I’m hoping someone can relate. About 10 years ago I started with pain in my joints and muscles and had a very bad episode of pleurisy. Since then I’ve been back and forth to doctors with pain often being sent to A&E because the pain is in my chest. Every visit is the same. X-ray, ECG and bloods

TIMING OF 55 MG OF PRED...OR SOMETHING ELSE?
I'm currently on 55 mg. of Pred for what was suspected GCA, but Ophtamology and Rheumy say negative, and having a really difficult time with it. Shakiness, extreme fatigue, exhaustion and weakness. Coordination is off in hands with the shaking, to wear I thought I might actually have Parkinsons or worse

Hello Dolls, Long time no speak. We made peace a while back with not having a child though pregnancy and have seemed very happy and looking forward to the future. I’ve been exhausted this last week and today when I sat at my computer I thought, I’ll take a test for reassurance as my period is due

Autoimmune arthritis vs bronchiectasis treatments.
Update on rheumatologist appointment: My rheumatologist has a couple of other patients who have bronchiectasis and came up with a new treatment for me to consider. She wants me off the Brenzys (a version of Embrel) and on daily Rinvoq tablets. It's a Janus Kinase (JAK) inhibitor and the benefit is that

One Step Forward, Two Steps Backwards or A Pathetic Cold Strikes (Warning Extra Long Post)
I haven't posted for a couple of weeks although I've been lurking and making the odd comment of encouragement on others posts. It seems that every time you feel you've made progress the running Gods decide 'you're getting to cocky and say have that'. That being the most annoying laziest cold in the world

told it was silent miscarriage but baby has weak heartbeat
Hi! I had a ultrasound today to make sure my pregnancy was definitely non viable as I was told last Friday that the baby hadn't grown and there was no heartbeat with extremely low hcg levels of 593, today my hcg levels have dropped to 393 and when they did the scan it shows a weak heartbeat of only 55

Palpitations versus Atrial Fibrillation ?
Over the years, I have had a number of Palpitations, which sometimes they keep me awake, and constant every few seconds. I recently bought myself a Kardia 6 lead ECG Monitor, so I could keep a watch on my heart rhythms, and if this would show up any problems needing looked at Over a few days, there
