Long story cut short, 2020 had cardiac ablation for SVT. Blue lighted lots of times within a year HR over 200 highest 269.Been ok, ish for past 3 yrs. Never fully back to normal self.

August last year my heart went crazy, fast high HR, stop start beats ( lituary all over place). This carried on for 6 wks on/off. Then l started getting high Hrs again but NSR, but can cope with these, sit down and they return to rest rate of 72.

Thing I'm struggling with is loss of breath and moments when l just don't feel right.

Tried to catch these on my 6 lead kardia but l just get noisy inference, my partner can do his straight after me and get normal!

He got me a fit it, which has ecg on it, l took 3 ecgs other day as l didn't fell right and got inconclusive.

Is there any of you lovely people that can explain the ecgs.

Fingers crossed 🙂

I'm by no means an expert on reading ecgs but your reading does not look dissimilar to many of mine taken on my single lead Kardia and showing as Sinus Rhythm with Supraventricular Ectopics.

Hope someone experienced can help you more.

Looks like normal rhythm with ectopic beats. Have you tried using your Kardia 6L just with your fingers (single lead reading only)? Also, make sure your phone is not plugged into the charger when you're taking the reading and you might moisten your fingers a little.

If not already, you should be sending these readings to an ep. Some of what you describe may be SVT again or perhaps flutter, which may be treatable.

Looks like after every 3 pulses there is a premature beat with a compensatory pause. Perhaps PAC's. Very common.

how are you doing now?

I am also 55 and had an ablation in Oct 2020 for flutter. 2 years free of Bisoprolol and then another episode in Feb this year - 240bpm again, which is what happened in Feb 2020! I am seeing the consultant in June.
