told it was silent miscarriage but baby has weak heartbeat

Hi! I had a ultrasound today to make sure my pregnancy was definitely non viable as I was told last Friday that the baby hadn't grown and there was no heartbeat with extremely low hcg levels of 593, today my hcg levels have dropped to 393 and when they did the scan it shows a weak heartbeat of only 55 but the baby has grown from 1.7 mm last Friday to 3.3mm today I'm so confused, I was scheduled for a d&c tomorrow but it has been cancelled now because it's not a silent miscarriage like my fertility clinic told me it was, they have told me it's unlikely to end up a successful pregnancy but you never know, I have a tiny bit of hope, has anyone experienced anything like this?xx

Thank you I really appreciate it, hopefully the heartbeat will be a lot stronger next Thursday, I'm supposed to be 8 weeks pregnant but it's only measuring 5 weeks and 6 days pregnant

Thank you I really appreciate it, it's a very difficult time but I definitely have hope, it most likely won't end well but what really surprised me was that I was told my baby stopped growing and had no heartbeat I was told I had a silent miscarriage but all of a sudden yesterday in the scan before I was meant to have surgery to remove the pregnancy they saw the baby grew with a weak heartbeat that's what really amases me, this baby is a fighter xx
