Hello everyone.Diagnosed with bronchiectasis. Is it really good to have my pneumoccocal and flu vaccines? How really important it is with bronchiectasis? And how sure it is effective? Thank you. May I have an advice to those who have taken the vaccines already?

CRT pacemaker
Hi, Just had a CRT pacemaker fitted. No complications. Cannot believe all my aches, ie, back ache and leg aches when I sent off walking have gone. I didn’t know they were related to my heart failure. The appointment to get it fitted came around extremely quickly. I couldn’t understand it as with meds

Pre Syncope/Right Bundle Branch Block
PAF for a number of years now, fairly well controlled with medication of Flecainide, Apixaban, Bisoprolol. The last 3 months episodes of AF have increased. But worryingly for the first time I've had 3 episodes of Pre syncope a couple of second period where I think I'm going to pass out. After effects

choice between meds and ablation
hi. I was diagnosed with af back in march after having episodes for around 12-18 months. As per usual they were getting worse and more frequent each time. In march this year, it was actually caught on ECG at a@e hence the diagnosis. Since then, I have had 2 echocardiograms (Nhs and private) both

Update
They tried to contact me yesterday but call wouldn't go through. So they phoned me today I spoke with a specialist nurse for a good 20 minutes. And she listend to everything I had to say and she wasn't concerned that it was heart related which is a huge weight off my mind! 😅. Wow as I'm making this

Got loaded up on steroids in hospital for 4 days and sent home with Rx 40, 30, 20 mgm decreasing weekly. I have now secondary adrenal insufficiency

Does anyone else have a high heart rate 140+ after taking percocet and feeling dizzy like your going to die?
I have been taking Percocet for years 2-3 a day for several years. In the past year and now often when I take percocet my heart can race over 140 beats per minute . I had an echo and ekg and numerous other heart tests. My cardiologist said my heart was good and he has no answers for me.

Ectopic beats and sinus tachycardia
Hi all! I wondered if anyone has ever experienced what I have, for years I have had ectopic beats with no other symptoms. 6 weeks ago I went to bed with ectopics, didn’t take much notice as it happens most days, suddenly I woke in the middle of the night feeling out of breathe and very weak a feeling

Not positive but not negative?
I’ve just had a Day 5 FET and my hcg has come back at 17 on my first blood test. So it’s a wait and see! We have never gotten out the start gate before so I don’t know whether to be too hopeful or not. Has anyone had similar and had a good outcome? I’m 43 so I bit scared to get any kind of excited.

ectopic/palpitations
Hi all, I was diagnosed with low level ectopic beats after lots of tests and 24 hour holter monitoring. I have to say that some times they don’t feel very low level at all. Does anyone else have the same? Also, I had a flat white about an hour and a half ago and my ectopics are now every few minutes

I was advised to let my heart hospital know about my dizziness ( this is new that they don't know about) and the short of breathe and the sweating. They have arranged a blood test and ECG for the 19th. She said my heart murmur

Hi everyone. Yesterday evening I experience new and significant pains in the centre of my chest. At the same time I started to feel pain in my lower jaw. The chest and jaw pain lasted less than 5 minutes however then I developed tingly sensations in my left fingers and numbness, with a heavy/pressure

I’ve probably asked this before but I feel so frightened. Do others get, fluttering , & a feeling heart has stopped then a thud before it restarts. Started 50 mg prednisolone last august now down to 9. Also have to take leothyroxine & metformin, and atorvastatin. Have had ECG which was ok & done blood
