Hydroxyurea and Anagrelide
Also, maybe (2) 81 mg baby
aspirin
/ day to counteract the ever increasing platelets which at present are 650 while taking 500 mg Hydroxyurea 4 days a week and 1000 mg 3 days /week. May I ask if high LDH means anything; is it a side affect of Hysroxyurea or sign of progression?

pace and a late
With that and a pacemaker I’ll be off all drugs (except baby
aspirin
, which barely counts when compared to the dreadful amiodarone). I enthusiastically look forward to being off drugs and having minimal stroke risk. I’m soon 83 and my goal is simply quality of life in my remaining years.

Finished Provenge treatment
I also took two
aspirin
. After about 2.5 hours, I woke up and immediately knew the worst was over. I soon broke into a sweat, but slept really well overnight. The next day, I had no energy and stayed mostly in bed until mid-afternoon, by which time I was essentially back to normal.

Dangerous Supplement. Mucuna Pruriens. Dangerous side effects you must know.
Would you take Willow bark for a headache instead of
aspirin
. Dangerous street drug. Like playing Russian roulette with one's health. https://youtu.be/ll4GRfs6vRI?si=gVOpLdyjrCg7MCKv Dr Greger has a little positive spin on it but still because of the lack of basic quality control.

fatigue
I have been on Hydroxycarbamide, 500 mg per day and 75 mg
aspirin
since then with platelets decreasing to 310 last week. Been not too bad until encountered the fatigue which I find overwhelming. It surprised me how it just suddenly happens and how debilitating it is.

Allele Burden -- Polycythemia Vera
Back home , on
Aspirin
only, and awaiting a follow up appt with the Haematologist on 14 Aug. I am aware that my HB was 164 and HCT 0.55 at diagnosis but no doctor has mentioned an Allele Burden figure. In addition to the PV I have iron deficiency -- currently 3, ferritin 18 .

I started taking
aspirin
and managed pretty well. After a spontaneous bleed in my right quadricep, it was discovered that I also had a genetic bleeding disorder, dysfibrinogenemia. After that, I stopped the
aspirin
and was just watchful and waiting.

Eliquis and Hydrochlorothiazide
The Hydro made me very weak and shaky, so he asked me to stop both and placed me back on low dose
aspirin
. My Afib is more on the lines of Bradycardia, rather than the run away heart rate but all the same very scary. From what I read, it is still considered Afib.

Arm Pain
Meds at the moment
Aspirin
and Atorvastatin. I’ve started to have aching arms. Not terrible but just a bit worried as that was the first symptom I had before I was diagnosed with Angina and stented 2 weeks later. No chest pain whatsoever.
