Foods to avoid after heart attack and stent fitted
I'm on
aspirin
, clopidogrel, beta blockers, BP tablets and statins. I know to avoid grapefruit juice, and recently found out about avoiding cranberry juice as well. I've also read conflicting information about avoiding greens like sprouts, cabbage and cauliflower. Also bananas and tomatoes?

I explained to my obgyn and he told me to stop my baby
aspirin
(81 mg) that was 36 weeks. I did. And told me to follow up with my NP and go from there. I am still experiencing this issue. Not often but I just had it… pooping did NOT hurt right now. I’m sick to my stomach reading google.

Surprised at results. An update.
So I started 6 weeks ago taking Inteferon my first medication since starting on
aspirin
in 2016 for my jak2 ET, I’m 61 living in south London. So for the 1st time I injected myself at the hospital to get some supervision. By the late afternoon the flu symptoms hit me very hard.

Cataract Surgery with permanent AF
Have permanent AF, only meds Metoprolol to control heart rate and
Aspirin
. Saw some posts regarding cataract surgery. Anyone have similar AF "experience" that had cataract surgery? I'm a "timid" patient due to AF, but my cataract in one eye really needs attention.

Re: raised White cell count
I’m currently taking a baby
aspirin
everyday. For the past one year, my WCC has been mildly elevated and fluctuating, the most recent reading was 14. I suffer from intermittent dizziness and tingling of hands and feet. What are your thoughts about starting cytoreductive therapy?

What is causing these awful headaches ?
I was put on isosorbide mononitrate, bisoprolol,
aspirin
and statins. I had awful headaches so the isosorbide mononitrate was reduced but the headaches continued, every afternoon I would get a dull ache which then turned into a migraine type headache, really debilitating.

Why just put me on a PPI?
In 2014/15 I spent a year on Ticagrelor and
Aspirin
, no stomach problems. I have been on
Aspirin
ever since with no problems. I have now had Clopidogrel added AND a PPI with instructions to take in the morning.

Hello, new to the forum
I've been back to A&E twice because of this pain thinking it was another heart attack, but was told it was wind coming up because of the
aspirin
/clopidogrel. I'm taking pantoprazole intermittently because all the other gastro tablets make my stomach worse.

Thick blood!
I was thinking of taking
aspirin
to thin it out on lab days. I did ask my doctor. He said he would get back to me after my current labs came back, but he didn’t. It can’t hurt, can it?
