Baclofen and new meds
Hi wondering if anyone has any advice. I have cough variant asthma brought on by temperature below 10 degrees. I saw professor Allyn Maurice just over a year ago (he’s a cough professor at Hull) he prescribed Baclofen which I now take (60mg per day) apparently it’s not easily tolerated, side effects

One month post Hydroxychloroquine withdrawal.....
Currently, I m only on Meloxicam,
antihistamines
and painkillers. Has anyone had a similar reactive rash for this long and, if so, how did you treat it/ get rid of it? TIA.

Naive question - should I be pain free on Pred?
Dear Friends, Please forgive me if this has appeared on the posts. I cant find it anywhere and this is my third attempt at writing this post and not forgetting to click 'post'! Diagnosed 8 weeks ago with GCA and on 60 mg Pred. My rheumy has created a taper every 2 - 3 weeks of 10 mg per time. Now

FLU JAB - EGG FREE - OR NOT
I have COPD and am allergic to eggs. I used to attend the hospital clinic for the "egg free" flu jab as until about 5 years ago my GP was able to get this. I was one of very many at this hospital clinic. For the past 2 or 3 years I have not been recalled. The telephone number of the clinic is now unobtainable

Seriously can my body just stop!
If it’s not one thing it’s a-bloody-nother In hospital because of asthma and infection. Get to ward and it seems ok tho can’t sleep cause of drugs and the fact my infection seems to have travelled to my sinuses too 🤧😣. At 4.30am my body decide that nows the ideal time to swell up my lips, give me hives

Advice on Doxycycline with Steroids (anxiety and brain fog)
I don't want to just jump back onto
antihistamines
until I know what I am dealing with, and it feels like an infection to me. Possibly a continuation from the last one, and in combination of stopping
antihistamines
which may have masked it a bit, but I can't be sure of that.

At the beginning of the summer I was feeling great but got myself some terrible hayfeever , and in the recommendation of the pharmacist started taking some
antihistamines
. After about 3/4 days I noticed lots of jumping around in my chest!

Congestion, mucus, tinnitus, chronic.. Please help
I've stopped taking
antihistamines
as I've read they can thicken mucus. I just can't get a moment's peace. I get the normal high pitched tinnitus, but this is just horrible constant pressure and noise. I am at a complete loss as my doctors have no idea what's wrong and nobody can help.

A Year Later
They gave me some
antihistamines
for anxiety and ½ a pill of mirtrazapine for sleep. Just 5 day’s worth. We bought formula and my partner said he’d take the first few night wakings. My breasts were so full that first morning, but I had slept for 7 hours. Seeing him bottle-feeding her hurt though.

Agony after injection-Remedy
I am in unbearable pain after every injection for wet AMD in left eye. I understand I am allergic to the iodine they must use during the procedure. The inside of my eyelid feels like sandpaper and the injection site is like a stone that scratches my eye every time I blink. I have tried every painkiller

Hyperthyroid - What else is there to do?
He gave me
antihistamines
and steroids to help. I took them for 4 days and stopped taking the MMI. The hives went away. I really didn’t want to start PTU so I went to endocrinologist #3 for another opinion.

Second Stage 4 treatment for us is now Yervoy
Short synopsis of where we are in treatment of Melanoma 3.5 years ago my husband felt an odd spot on the top of his head about the size of a pimple but blue/black in color. Nothing in the lymph nodes. It was staged 3B melanoma. Surgically removed. 3 months later he had developed in-transit melanoma

W6R2 done after nasty horsefly bite 😳
After lots of
antihistamines
, an assortment of creams and painkillers - it's almost gone. I've done this run twice this week to ease myself in gently and am pleasantly surprised to feel that I haven't completely lost it! Any tips to deter future midges and biting critters?

Update on post amniotic shot and bladder installation.
Hello fellow sufferers, I just wanted to give you a heads up of how I’ve been feeling. The first week or two I thought I was doing a little better. Then my coccyx bone and sits bone pain returned. The doctor had put me on a antihistamine for my interstitial cystitis due to the fact that

Can’t sleep because of congestion
What can I do about congestion? I Neto pot, use Flonase, sometime an antihistamine spray, homeopathics - nothing helps. I’m ok during the day when I’m vertical. At night, I wake 3-4-5 times totally parched from mouth breathing. I’m so tired!!!!!!
