Hi all, I’m hoping someone could give me more information on something as I’m losing the will trying to find out via my doctors and the local chemist. In a nutshell I’m on carbimazole 5mg daily and lately I’ve been getting symptoms similar to menopause (I’m 45) but with me having over active thyroid

Zeolite ; helpful & not helpful ? Good for cleansing our system , removing metals, or no?
If you have experience with using zeolite can you please share your motivation to and your experience? I have read about the intention of it being anti fungal and “cleansing” but then I’ve read that it does not chelate metals as it claims and can reduce the minerals we need like magnesium. Knowledge

My Latest Stack: Anybody want to deep dive on protocols?
So this is my latest stack. I think I have a good list now. Now it is time to fine tune it. Get the dosages and timing right. Will any of it help? I hope so. I have not been diagnosed with PD. I have been diagnosed with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (with other troubling symptoms). I still have a sore

Panic or something else?
I feel like I''m not getting enough air. I realize this could be a panic attack as I started having them about 5 years ago. But I take herbal supplements for them and haven't had one in a couple of years now, all I usually get are small symptoms of a pending attack but nothing really bad. Until now.

So... I'm taking lactobacillus casei Shirota, which is both the probiotic used in the PD study that showed it helped with bowel movements and is also anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal. It has been shown to reduce the EBV titers in your system too. If you think PD is autoimmune

Taking too long to recover after circumcision and what to put on scars to help them
Hello, people, please help. I had a circumcision in mid August of 2021 (4 months and 2 weeks ago) due to phimosis. Only in the last week of September (5 weeks after operation) I was able to walk outside somewhat fine. It was hurting a lot in the beginning but by last week of October I was pretty good
