I myself am a doctor.

Had similar issue as the comments.

Had sti screen: negative

Was advised to use antifungal plus antibiotic and hydrocortisone. Made skin very sensitive and uncomfortable.

Stopped everything and used sudocrem for 2 weeks. Symptoms all resolved.

Skin is mildly wrinkly but improved from what it was.

Solution: sudocrem twice a day.

Hi that’s a good solution if it works 🤣

Some of us are not that lucky and it doesn’t clear up and the only cure is circumcision.
