Help with Folate
I am now having B12 injections. I ordered Folate that SlowDragon said. It says do not take with anti epileptic tablets, which I take for neuropathy. I also need a B complex and Ferritin. I also take Zopiclone (sleeping tablet), Diazepam (Valium) and I think these supplements interact with these drugs

just 1 follicle
I’m currently undergoing follicle tracking on natural ovulation for PCOS. I’ve had 4 miscarriages due to low progesterone so need to go on the pessaries as soon as I get pregnant, as my problem is the embryo is implanting but soon miscarries as I can’t maintain my lining for some reason. Anyway, I had

Wildly different results 1 month apart!?
Hello all, I had my bloods re-done at Medichecks, and I am so baffled. I also convinced my GP to provide me with the ranges for the tests I had done in June so I could compare them. Has anyone else had such differing results? I almost feel as though one of these was not from me! I stopped my B12 two

blood results and one mthfr variant - help please 🙏
Hi I have been trying to get my head around all of this and I find it very confusing. Can anyone give their honest opinion on my vitamin levels. I am about to start b12 injections and believe because I carry one mthfr variant I need to take methyl folate. I really struggle with vitamin d also.

I cant believe I am still fighting to feel well after 30 years of the curse of hypothyroid. I say curse as it runs through female line of my family. 20 years ago I was reasonably well and had a GP who was always happy to tweak my T4 and we arrived at what he thought was perfect for me 150 one day and

Doctor follow up
Quick recap: in hospital with pneumonia and Pred increased to 10mg (from 4.5mg). Saw GP on discharge and was prescribed 10mg for 4 weeks. He also cancelled my repeat prescription so he said to go back in 4 weeks. So, yesterday I saw another GP to renew my repeat prescription. Immediately I was asked

Thank you for the vitamins advice
Hi everyone I thought I’d post today to say thank you for all of the wonderful advice you provided in the last few years. I have been feeling well for almost a year now but I stupidly took my eye off the ball a couple of weeks ago. I ran out of B12 and forgot to buy more. All of my symptoms have

new results 👍&👎
These are my new results and whilst my T3 is excellent do you think my T4 should come up a bit? I feel really tired most of the time but I am thinking this may have something to do with my vitamin results 🙄. In lots of ways I feel much better in myself, just need to work on my vitamins. I have struggled

desperately need advice on clinics that specialise in over 40 and low AMH
Hi all I urgently need some advice on clinics which specifically help women over 40 with low AMH and men with low sperm. I am 40 with a very low AMH of 0.3 and my partner has low sperm which is under 1 million with low mobility. We have had 9 attempts at IVF all at the same NHS clinic (we are now

I have been diagnosed with hashimato about 4 months ago (triggered by pregnancy) I am on 100 mg of levothyroxine and all my blood work is within a good range (TSH, T3, T4, B17, cholestrol, are all ok, Vitamin D is slightly low). Doctor won't diagnose PMR
I'm absolutely certain that I have PMR. But my blood tests all came back normal, including the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and the inflammatory marker test, and I'm only 56. My GP has just left me on NSAIDS and paracetamol with physio. It's not working. How common is it to have PMR with no obvious

Latest blood test advice please I moved to 75mcg after taking bloods but now I’m not sure it’s a good idea.
Hi all I’ve been on 50mcg Levothyroxine now for around 7 weeks ish and I tested Monday privately. I increased my dose to 75mcg thinking I needed it but my TSH has come back as 1.35 which was a bit of a shock I was still expecting it to be in the 3’s. My T4 looks to be at around 50% while my T3 is around
