At my wits end
I have to take
anti
D
tablets to stop me from going just so that I can go to work. I should also add that I have an under active thyroid too, so between the two I'm at my wits end. My GP has said that he can't help me any more as he has tried everything so has sent me back to gastro.

ITP, Need your help
I was given IGG,
Anti

D
, Dapsone and Revolute tablets to cure my disease, but still that was not effective. The undergo treatment was not fully effective and there were concerns due to which I went back to India a year later.

A rhesus negative - anti-D worries - can anyone help?
At my 16 week check up with the midwife I was told that I'm A Rhesus Negative which means i'll need to have
anti
-
D
injection at about 28 weeks. That all sounded fine and wasn't worried until I read up on it and been on some forums.

anti d late…
My midwife is anything but dynamic and hasn’t bothered to book my
anti
d
injection despite knowing it was coming up to being due… she even mentioned it at the last appointment.

CHANGE OF BIOLOGIC TREATMENT
Hello, I have had Rheumatoid arthritis since my late 30s (77 now). I had several biologic treatments , some of which did not really control the RA well… The best biologic was Enbrel (Etanercept) weekly injections. It gave me my life back for 14 years until I had my second knee replacement operation

Newbie and confused. Functional B12 deficiency?
Vitamin
D
was 97 nmol/L (50 - 250).
Anti
nuclear antibodies test was negative. Intrinsic factor antibodies test was negative. I am aware that false negatives are common.

latest bloods
I’m on a journey with t3 it’s taking a while. Latest bloods reflect 15mcg taken in one dose and 50mcg levothyroxine I think I need to increase levo but on 75 I was slightly over medicated I felt. A reply on here suggested 62.5mcg as middle road which makes sense to me but pills are tiny and crumbly

RLS, magnesium, calcium and hard water
Hello everyone, wanted to share my experience/thoughts. I'm a 58-yo female from the UK. I've suffered from RLS for around 20 years. I've never tried any prescription meds for this (the medications all sound quite dodgy to me as they seem to lead to dependence, and don't treat the root cause, which seems

A great site!
I have had thyroid diagnosed 14 years ago. My mother had Hypothyroidism and my younger brother developed Graves disease although now Hypothyroidism. I have been on 100 dose all that time. Reading items on this site has been so informative - and explains such a lot. My GP practices never ever mention

Why ?
Parkinson's is well known for a loss of manual dexterity. Why then do they keep prescribing me these vile little blue vitamin D capsules that are in a foil that is more of a launch vehicle than a storage solution and when I do get my fingers on one they are slipperier than a greased politician? Is it

Cofactors - B complex?
should I be starting on a B complex? I had iron infusion end of May and have been on EOD B12 injections since then. I am also taking folic acid 5mg every day and a spray vitamin D & K. I have been reading that some people take a B complex, but the one I saw also has folate in it and don’t want to
