Parkinson's is well known for a loss of manual dexterity. Why then do they keep prescribing me these vile little blue vitamin D capsules that are in a foil that is more of a launch vehicle than a storage solution and when I do get my fingers on one they are slipperier than a greased politician?
Is it too much to ask for just an ordinary bloody bottle?

I use Madopar. Bottle is narrow-necked and they stuff a large ball of cotton wool over the top of the pills. Which is practically impossible to get out with PD fingers. Which drives me nuts.
There is NO MEDICATION CAPABLE OF EREVERSING OR CURING PD.
The only way to reverse PD is to walk as FAST AS YOU CAN for ONE HOUR MAXIMUM, every second day.
You can start slowly to build up until you are at your maximum speed and then WALK FOR A MAXIMUM OF ONE HOUR, EVERY SECOND DAY, BUT YOU CAN TAKE SUNDAY OFF.
GO FOR IT. IT HAS WORKED FOR ME FOR 28 YEARS AND NOBODY CAN SEE THAT I STILL HAVE PD!@
