Fish with extra Fish
Hello! I know everyone is not a fan, but I love the stuff. Low carbs & fish oil is good for you. I have been a type 1 diabetic since England WON a big football game. That's 52 years. Put seafood near me & it's gone. I do not like the sweet stuff & am pleased.

ADHD and Ritalin
Hello. I have an 8 year old son who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. We’ve been avoiding medication to see if other factors helped to control some of the issues. We have been using essential oils on him, changed his diet to remove sugars and dyes (which he hardly had any to begin with), and even

Taking supplements to Italy?
hi all, just wondering if any of you know if it is ok to take my massive array of supplements with me on a forthcoming trip to Italy? I'll take levo in it's box, but the rest of the supplements I'm decanting to zip lock bags. Way too many to take in original packaging. Also it is two weeks, so too long

Hi - IBS Newbie here
Hello, My name is Christian and I am 44 years old. I have been diagnosed with IBS today by my GP after ongoing stomach issues for the past 5-6 months. I have previously had blood tests and a sigmoidoscopy, which both came back clear (thankfully). I have basically had very low level stomach ache

Is anyone using essential oils to help with the treatment of CLL?
I am a newbie to essential oils, and just wondering if anyone else is diffusing or using these oils. (I love Thieves, lemongrass, lavender...)

Is a low oils diet the same as low fat?
I sometimes see articles advocating low-fat alternatives such as low-fat milk, yoghurt. My whole food plant based approach which emphasises a low-oils approach would not recommend foods that have such "reduced" fats in them. These reduced fat products are still processed, and as with many on this forum
