Coagulation markers as independent predictors of prostate cancer aggressiveness.
New study below [1]. Altered coagulation factors are an early event in PCa. Indeed, the first sign of PCa in some men may be a deep vein thrombosis [DVT. The study authors wondered if there were coagulation factors associated with aggressive disease. Only fibrinogen & D-dimer were determined

Indomethacin - resenisitize to Enza
In a preclinical study indo seems to resensitize to Enza by blocking CRXR7 thus indirectly AR-V7. The trial was started in 2018, results should be known in July 2023. Does anybody know anything from that trial? I just rechallenged with Enza bringing PSA down from 7 to 0.5, if adding cheap indo prevents

Cholestyramine
My husband has had explosive diarrhea since mid February. After blood tests, stool samples, colonoscopy, and more stool samples, they are not able to determine what is causing the diarrhea. The doctor has prescribed Cholestyramine. Has anyone had experience with this medication and did it help?

Finally a specialist appointment...
I am looking forward to an appt in 2 days with a specialist in proctology and she is a colon surgeon and does pelvic floor therapy as well. My hemerrhoids - or whatever this is - are not getting better. Keeping the constipation under control with diet, water, miralax and occasional stool softener.

Bile Acid Diarrhoea
I have this condition and take colestyramine daily which controls it well. I recently asked my GP to have my fat soluble vitamins checked (A,D and K, I believe) in a blood test as this has not been checked in a long time. The email! came back saying there was no indication for this. The literature
