And told needed to be admitted but wasn’t allowed this has gone on since last Oct
Pain some days unbearable I take Lactulose
Fibogel ducosate what can I do
Also told me I need an enema or colonic irrigation but have to sort out myself can’t have on nhs
With all my other health issues not coping

I think you need to see your GP and ask for a second opinion. Home enema and bowel irrigation kits are available on the NHS (Qufora and Peristeen). Alternatively you could buy a conventional enema kit online.

Sucks about the depression. Sorry to hear it. Maybe theres a connection and olif not these things feed off each other anyway. Maybe once you get rid of the current impacted stuff, , then can prevent in future?
I've suffered with constipation my entire life, after trying every laxative on the market I found that Lactulose was gentler than the rest. I cant go unless I take the Lactulose (or have a diverticular flare up) I also suffer with depression and these flare ups I am having feels like it's making life unbearable, such severe pain and diarrhea. I took lactulose the other evening and following morning I woke up with the diverticular pain, diarrhea and sickness. I cant help you but know you are not alone with this, small comfort I know x
