Child persistent bacterial bronchitis not responding to antibiotics
My 13 yr old son was misdiagnosed with asthma when he was 1 and since then been prescribed so many different inhalers and asthma treatment when eventually his consultant diagnosed PBB and reflux. Since a flare up of what i refer to as that awful wet cough he has been on and off coamoxiclav since June

Hi, please may I have some advice. I have just ordered a thyroid test. The doctor has just administered Amoxicillin for an ear infection, should I wait until I have finished the course or will it be ok to do it whilst I'm taking the medication. Thank you

Was feeling a tad fed up last night - but better now!
At 1.00 am I was feeling just a tad sorry for myself. I'm getting predictable chest infections so it's two weeks on amoxicillin and the same time on prednisilone every month, then a reasonably good week followed by a 'going down hill' week. Many will know how prednisilone can play havoc with your sleeping

Hashimoto's, venous insufficiency and helicopter pylori sufferer
Hi, I took a 7 day stint of amoxicillin, clarithromycin and proton pumpers back in May for helicopter pylori. It is back and was wondering if anybody has had success with mastic gum or matula tea. Thanks.
