Recommendations for B12 and Vitamin B complex

Can anybody recommend me a good Vitamin b12 methyl and Vitamin B complex to take. Can you take the B complex together as it also contains B12? Thanks

Solgar do a vitamin B complex tablet - but I find that the b complex tablets often contain huge quantities of the various B vitamins and not all are harmless in overdose . You can get sub-lingual methlycobalamin tablets also from Solgar. If you have PA , these would be the best to take . As you cannot overdose on B12 you could take them together . But examine the quantities given in the B complex first of the other Bs .
