Sinemet and Restoril (Temazepam)
I take Sinenet and have been using
Ambien
for sleep for awhile but would like to get off of it as its effectiveness has been decreasing. I'll be talking to my doctor about this on my next visit, but I would like to hear from anyone who might be using this combination.

Ambien anyone?
Reluctant to try it but desperate for some sleep. Doc wants to start me on low dose 5mg. Has anyone tried this while also having anxieties and panic disorders at night?

Amitriptilyne weight gain
Tonight I stop taking amitriptilyne and switch to
ambien
. We will see if the pounds start coming off now. Man, I hope so. I'm tired of hating how I look.

XTANDI & RADIATION FATIGUE
The Xtandi has given me a lot of fatigue, along with other side effects, and insomnia, and now with the added effects of the radiation, I seldom have to take
Ambien
to get to sleep now.

The medications I take are: Prevastatin 40 mg/day for high cholesterol, which is perfect now
Ambien

HELP! ALT going up again!
I also took Xanax, my Visteril for my exema, my Effexor for my anxiety, Prevachol for cholesterol and
Ambien
to sleep. I know this is a lot of medications, but these were the same ones I took two months ago when the levels were so low.

More failed medication attempts
So this week I'm trying codeine and/or
ambien
. The codeine is 15 mg and seems to have no real effect (there might be a slight effect) and whatever it does doesn't last very long (seems to wear off after an hour), also gave me head aches.

No success with klonopin.
Waiting to see if the doctor wants to try something with a shorter half-life/duration of action, like
ambien
or xanax or lunesta. Not sure if any of those are at all effective for PLM. As always, will keep you informed.

A happy, healthy and peaceful new year to one and all. Has anyone got any experience of taking Ambien/Zolpidem for RLS?
I've looked on a website recommended by someone on here and it looks like it may be a good drug choice saying that there are no reported problems with tolerance, withdrawal, rebound or augmentation. Any views out there?

SLEEPING SECRETS?
I tried
ambien
, lunesta and sonata. I tried the natural remedies such as st johns wort and melatonin. Nothing really there. I try to drink alot of water and keep sugars away. I know that I cannot exercise before because that gets em all hyped up.

Medical Miracles with Ambien.
This is a very interesting documentary on
ambien
, a drug developed to combat insomnia and it's ability to change the lives of people with brain damage. Well worth watching. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTFicgrVk0w&list=TLGVNWRtW4S7IzbxVcmIhVkmAL4ilx-JJY
