Post surgery fertility blues!
So I had my 3rd surgery in July I awoken to find they had to perform a laparotomy, bowel resection and stoma, and stents in kidney tubes. So I'm just about recovered physically I only had this procedure as an attempt to conceive naturally to be told in hospital that it wouldn't be possibly due to scar

Clomid and Zero sperm count
If a man is found to have zero sorry count and a hormone imbalance is it possible for clomid to fix it by normalising the hormones and allowing the body to start producing sperm. TIA

IUI - trigger shot today
Hi, So this is my second cycle of IUI. My first cycle (using clomid tabs from day 3-7 and gonal f injections on days 5, 7 and 9) was abandoned due to over stim. This cycle was without the clomid and my scan this morning showed 2 little follicles on my right ovary and a 19mm follicle on my left. The nurse

Clomid tips and advice
Hey gang! Hope everybody is having a good Tuesday! This time next week I'll be going back to work, it's been a long summer and actually looking forward to it. I started clomid this month, started on day 3 of my cycle, all pills taken and now on day 8. So far I haven't felt any side effects- or is it

PCOD
I was recently diagnosed with PCOD. I did not find this out until my husband and I had been trying to conceive for 6 months and were unsuccessful. My periods were very irregular and occurring only every 3 months as well as other symptoms including excessive chin hair, acne, and a high testosterone level

I am so petrified
So this happened yesterday... I've not posted on here for a while, I decided to try a few months of not really thinking about infertility so had a little break. And generally my mind has been occupied by other things. Until this cropped up. And now I am so so scared. It was totally unexpected and I feel

OHSS update & moving forward
So I took your advice and called the clinic to have another scan after my OHSS symptoms seemed to come back with a vengeance. I had felt much better, but over the last 2 weeks the pain had come back, I was super bloated and finding it difficult to walk. I really crashed on Thursday, just felt so awful

Clomid
Hi, My GP has suggested writing to my gynaecologist or referring me to a fertility specalist and starting me on clomid. I've read a mix of reviews of how this can effect endometriosis. Has anyone else tried this as a fertility option? I'm getting really fed up with being told different things by different

New here.. Clomid success rates?
Hi all, Just a quick background, I have Endometriosis, which I have had several laparoscopic surgery for - latest one in December 2016. I have also been on every type of contraception to try and help with the pain/symptoms and I have also been on Prostap (3 months worth) which I finished September 2016

Only 3 follies on day 5 scan
Hi ladies, I has my scan on day 5 on gonal f(150 UI) and they found only 3 follicles. That's a bummer because I was expecting more as I developed more than that on clomid 50 mg. They have upped my dose to 225 UI and asked me to come again after 2 days. On the top of it they could not find my left ovary

IVF questions you wished you'd asked
Hello everyone, I have my first IVF appointment tomorrow. I had 5 unsuccessful cycles of Clomid and Gonal F. Going back to the same clinic for first round of IVF. Just wondered if anyone had any good ideas for questions to ask or things they wished they asked. Thanks so much xx

Painful Adenomysosis
I would like to get any additional information to aid painful adenomysosis. My husband and I have been trying to conceive the last 4 years, having no success getting pregnant. I recently found out at the end of last year when having my fallopion tube test that I have Adenomysosis. My Fertility Doctor

I'm in the UK for my cousins wedding which will be day 1 of my cycle. My doctor told me to start clomid on day 2 or 3, my question is- do you think it's ok to

Meds Levels?
Hi All, I'm new to here today. I'm just starting in on round 2 of IVF (abroad, through a UK agent). On my first round I was given 'minimal stimulation' which is fair enough as they need to see how I'll react. My body responded as expected and I had 3 eggs which turned into 2 viable embryo's (1 more advanced

Clomid working too well!!
I had an internal ultrasound today for round two of Clomid. The damn drug has worked too well and I had 4! Follicles looking big and ready. We've been told not to try and conceive because of the high risk of multiple pregnancy 😔. I will still need the 21day blood test as I still might not ovulate!

Help - pre IVF panic
Goodness where to start. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 6 years now, during which time we've established that I have PCOS and Endo. We tried Clomid which sent me utterly loopy and I ended up having to take 2 weeks off work each cycle as I couldn't function. We were then referred
