I have felt very tired, have a sore throat, sinus pain (diffuse pressure) and headhaches since June (with fatigue) - I struggled to go to work some days. I have hypothyroidism for the past 27 years, with few symptoms. My TSH is normally 1 but end of `june it was 5.36. My GP increase my Levothyroxine

Mouthwash
Mouthwash is a really hard one as often it has glycols in it. My dentist said sometimes we can wash our mouths out with salt water and this helps when we have bad breath. and I am going to try listerine total care: Ingredients: sodium fluoride, water, alcohol, sorbital, paloxamer 407, eucalyptol flavor

It is not all in my head.
If I take B6 Vitamin Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate 25 mg with water twice a day and B12 hydroxocobalamin subcutaneously 1 mg three times a day then symptoms known to be experienced with B12 deficiency are dramatically are reduced. If I only take B12 than symptoms become severe. The most noticeable and therefore

Original blood results
Good morning, I finally have the blood results that caused the doc to refer me to endocrinology and prescribe Carbimazole and Propranolol. There is a lot on this form. Please can you tell me what is relevant to diagnose thyroid issues and possibly Graves disease? I am happy to share any results but

My Current Regiment of Administering B12.
With the sublingual of total 15-20 mg a day 3-4 doses my brain fog changed to 'brain haze' I could force myself to do things as I had much experience with accomplishing that, I chose not to push when I could which was extremely difficult and it took some practice to accomplish it without angst. A leap

Vitamin B6: How To Test If Your P5P Is Authentic, And When It Is Important Do So
Background:
Vitamin B6 is an essential cofactor in over 100 enzymatic reactions. We need abundant B6 to keep what is left of our dopaminergic neurons as healthy as possible, especially since they are already compromised by Parkinson's. Levodopa medication uses up a lot of vitamin B6. B6 is only

New method of dosage of B12--Discredited!
The below is without citation and I may be incorrect. Statement of Facts:
Edit-I was using a form of analysis. The 'Statement of facts' Is what I was using and accepting as true to form my hypothesis and conclusion. It was not an absolute which would be reasonable to assume. My bad for assuming

It is is easier to be me.
I may be premature and this may be temporary. It came to me 7 days ago and I waited until now to 'declare it.'. The reason is I have improved for 2 years and substantially since I did a trial 14 months ago of injecting B6. I now use liquid oral in water. Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate. 25,5 mg per day. Although

Hypothyroidism & Pre-operative blood test results Abnormal
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism around 2012 - 2013 and prescribed Levothyroxine by my GP. Prior to an operation in 2017 I had pre-operative bloods taken, which included TSH and FT4. My blood test results showed that my TSH levels were very low and outside reference ranges. TSH : * 0.09 mIU
