Shared care agreement, should I worry?
Hi all, Having completed a T4 & T3 trial with great successes, my NHS endo is soon due to approach my local GP for a shared care agreement to enable me to collect my prescription from the surgery. The surgery is in my home town, and it will be infinitely easier if this happens. Since, at the minute

Another thought to add
It has been suggested that I am still under medicated on T3. Should I raise that first before taking Adrenal Cortex? Sorry forgot to mention that in previous post. Brain fog. Susieibbo301

Depressed Cortisol and adrenal cortex
Last post that you kindly answered was very helpful. Adaptogens and DHEA both tended to lower cortisol. Adrenal Cortex has been given the thumbs up by my thyroid doctor. Can anyone tell me which brand you take (PM) Or any other ideas. HC not thought a good idea. It has been suggested that I am

Change of plan
I was planning on going out at 13.30pm but my wife informed me of another appointment, so it was off in the rain for my first Stepping Stone run, the run was quite easy until the last 5 minuets when I had to pick up the pace, perspiration was worst that the rain, but I did it without having to stop.

Would you please PM me details of suppliers of T3 giving me the brand and website details. I am near the end of my supply of Cynomel and I need to reorder.

Temp advice please
My temperature was 35.3 this morning and has been below this. I thought I might be overmedicated but I am unsure if this is under treatment due to a strong medication I have been given for an infection (or if this is unrelated). My cheeks have been puffy and I feel unwell and I am not sure if I need

Should I ask to go up on my levothyroxine dosage?
Hi everyone! As suggested, I followed everyone's advice regarding the blood test, and also I've been taking the levothyroxine earlier (leaving more of a gap before eating or taking other medications) for a month, and my latest results are: Serum free T4 level 12.0 pmol/L [7.9 - 14.4] Normal 05 Apr

At The End Of My Tether
sorry to bother you all again, please feel free to ignore me, but I just feel so fed up and need to rant… I saw the nurse on Monday she didn’t think I had muscle wasting as she said it would be all over, ( I have read it can be one limb or other 🤷♀️) I also told her that I am upset that no one has

Copy of an excellent old thyroid book... by Broda Barnes
https://jeffreydachmd.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/Broda_Barnes_Solved_Riddle_Heart_Attacks.pdf I've started to digest this copy of Broda Barnes book....it helps explain many of the things I've suspected about thyroid hormones...and validates my near obsession with T3! Thanks to kiefer who posted

autoimmune and Hashimotos
I feel like I am on a one woman crusade in Scotland to get Hashimotos recognised for what it is an autoimmune disease, I now have four autoimmune diseases Hashimotos, Pernicious Anaemia, Coeliac disease, Hyperparathyroidism, and am being referred for testing for rheumatoid arthritis. I get treatment

NDT and Levo combination
Hello, I would like a little discussion. I drink Levo because of Hasimoto. I'm a big man and I need a large amount for my labs to be ok (I'm 120 kg lifting weights). When I drink 200 mcg of levotyroxin my results are ok, but T4 is over the limit. I would like to take some NDT so I don't have to take
