I was planning on going out at 13.30pm but my wife informed me of another appointment, so it was off in the rain for my first Stepping Stone run, the run was quite easy until the last 5 minuets when I had to pick up the pace, perspiration was worst that the rain, but I did it without having to stop.
Note! almost 20 year ago I was doing a lot of very long walks over Dartmoor, my daughter bought me a POLAR FT4 heart monitor with a chest strap and wrist watch, I put new batteries in it and it still worked, so today I put it on, seemed to record things ok even after all this time. It showed my heart rate rise to 134 after the last 5 minuets of speed run.
So at least I'm achieving cardio vascular increase. I may do this run a few times before moving onto the speed run which looks like hard work 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
