blood tests
hi everyone. Hope you’re all ok 🥰 I’m changing clinics and preparing for my 3rd round, tomorrow I have bloods - so the usual AMH, FSH etc - is there anything else I should request? I was thinking testosterone for maybe taking DHEA. Thanks all xx

How low have your AMHs been when successfully collecting eggs?
I wrote a week or so about donor egg logistics etc, but we’ve decided to have a look at our own stats with a fertility MOT, just so that we fully know our options. My AMH was 2.2 and 1 in July and August 2021, so I’m not hopeful 🙈, but those with low AMHs, could you let me know how low your AMHs were

consultation tomorrow- my Brain is overwhelmed!
we have been trying for a sibling for the past 18 months or so and I’ve been only been getting one or 2 embryos per fresh cycle (7-9 eggs collected) and nothing to freeze (age 41 now). Had a couple of chemicals and a couple of BFNs in that time. The consultant last time was putting it down to my age

44 - worth another shot?
Hi, I’m at a bit of a crossroads. I’m 44 and single, and had my first IVF cycle in May. My AMH is 11.5, my AFC is 13 and my uterus is healthy. I went into my first cycle with very low expectations, given my age. But I was feeling quite hopeful after my egg collection. I had 16 eggs collected, 14 mature

Ovaleap dosage?
Hi 👋 I'm currently doing round two of IVF and starting on a dose of 150 of ovaleap each morning. On round one it was a lower dose as I have a very high AMH (260 yikes) and my clinic have been cautious with how my ovaries react. We only got 6 eggs last time as the dose was too low. My question is, does

Wildely different AMH test scores - any thoughts why?
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has received wildly different AMH scores and worked out what was driving it and therefore which one to believe? Back in January I stared investigations with a private clinic and was tested in their London lab. My AMH test came back as 6.2 pmol/l. I was told this

Is Laparoscopy worth it based on my symptoms?
Hi Ladies, My backstory is I came off Microgynon contraceptive pill a couple of years to regulate hormones before trying to conceive. Since coming off pill my periods have not been fun at all and symptoms seem to have gotten worse. Me and my husband have been ttc for 7 months which is not a very long

4th collection the worst one yet.
I had my 4th egg collection on Thursday. This one has crucified me financially (450iu ovaleap for 14 days), plus 6 months of DHEA, a failed scratch and the extra cost of another hysteroscopy which revealed nothing. We got 4 eggs, and I’ve had the call this morning to say all of them have fertilised abnormally

Donor egg & menopause advice
We were incredibly lucky to conceive naturally last year just before starting ivf - my AMH 4-5 months before conceiving had been measured at 1 pmol/l, so extremely low. We also have MFI. We’ve now been trying for 6 months with no success - I think I’m still ovulating, but who knows! Anyway, I have

ivf stims dosage - your experience
hi all, hope you’re all doing ok. ❤️ I saw a different consultant following my 2 x failed rounds where all eggs were bad quality. he was surprised that given my amh and number of follicles I was on 375ovaleap and he thinks this could be the reason for my poor response. I always responded so quickly

Laporoscopy recovery
I’ve finally had my Laporoscopy surgery. it’s something I’ve been told in the past , due to my age and low egg reserve to avoid. That it could cause Amh to lower , scarring etc I haven’t had my follow up appointment to discuss the findings in detail , this will be the 5th July. But my consultant did

Early blastocyst 5d fresh transfer success stories
Please could you share your success stories of a fresh transfer of one or two early blastocysts at day 5. I have not written much on here because of all my anxiety surrounding this new cycle. Fertility preservation egg/embryo freezing
Just wondering if any has done this prior to surgery? As I know sometimes having surgery can lower your amh levels and fertility, or on the other hand can sometimes help. I would like to not just freeze eggs it’s not that successful to do it’s better to have embryos made and then frozen. Can anyone
