Ovaleap dosage?

Hi 👋 I'm currently doing round two of IVF and starting on a dose of 150 of ovaleap each morning.

On round one it was a lower dose as I have a very high AMH (260 yikes) and my clinic have been cautious with how my ovaries react. We only got 6 eggs last time as the dose was too low.

My question is, does 150 sound right? What's the usual starting dose for Ovaleap stims? Just curious really as hoping for a bigger egg collection.

Has anybody else been in a similar situation? xx

Hi there, I also started on 150 ovaleap but they upped it to 200 for the last few days as follicles weren’t growing as big/quick as they were hoping. By collection there looked to be about 15 decent sized follicles but only 8 eggs were collected.

I’m sure they’ll modify your dosage as you go along depending on what the scans show. Think they’re super cautious of giving too much and causing OHSS. Best of luck! X

Thanks very much for the reply. I have a day 5 early scan booked Monday so hopefully should know more then and whether to up the dosage. Xx

Hi Ashley. That is a usual low dose to gently stimulate your ovaries to hopefully get some good eggs ready to pop into the follicles when triggered. Good luck. Diane Partner
